Today’s show: Critter’s mid-career exhibition continues at Lump in Raleigh through Saturday, June 28. New paintings from a series titled Thirtyfour Or More Vermeers are on display for the first time. A book-signing party will be held on June 6 to celebrate the corresponding publication of Thirtyfour Or More Vermeers. “Mid Career” features paintings and objects from series including SPF, Cancer, Loss Leaders, Perfect Religion, Thermostats, Artist’s Shit, Lisa, Stations, Inferior Quotations, God Bless America, Hillsborough Street, Art Show, This Lush Little Meadow, Luncheon, and more. Skully Goo and Olivia Gone have taken over the bathroom and the Drawing Room with Nothing Can Happen.
